All our items are handmade in limited quantities and we want each purchase to be loved and cherished in your wardrobe for years to come In the event that you wish to return your item, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Eligibility 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

2. Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@pyarpyjamas.com Provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with shipping details.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the postage and insurance costs associated with returning the item, and Pyar Pjs cannot be held accountable for any returns that are not received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the package.
  • Please securely package the item(s) to prevent any damage during transit.

4 Refund

  • After the item has been inspected, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally used.
  • The refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the returned item.
